A beach is the last place one would expect to find a heavy luxury sedan like the . And I’m not talking about a parking lot next to the beach, but on the beach itself.
If you had been on Marazion beach near Penzance in Cornwall (UK) on August 30, you would have seen a rather surreal incident: a Bentley Flying Spur stuck in the sand, with people trying to push it back on the asphalt. What was the Bentley doing there?
We don’t know, but obviously the young and wealthy Russian man who was allegedly driving the Bentley was really embarrassed that day.
A team of locals tried in vain to push the heavy sedan to firm ground – in the end it took a tractor to do the job. It wasn’t easy for the tractor either, as you can see by in the video, courtesy of Thisis Devon that was filmed by Ryan Eddy, who told The Cornishman:
“It was a Russian lad who owned it, about 23 years old I think. He was stuck there for a fair while, five or six hours,” said Eddy. “Luckily he was just above the tide line. He was really thankful when we got him out, he didn’t really know what to say.”
