Mercedes has installed one of the most terrific-sounding engines in the world under the bonnet of the GLE 63 S Coupe, giving it the firepower equivalent of 577hp, allowing it to fill the surrounding environment with its thunderous soundtrack, not to mention the performance.
BMW on the other hand stuffed a twin-turbo 567hp V8 under the X6 M’s skin which on paper is 10hp shy of the GLE 63 S but it has 200kg less to move around, ensuring that the performance is breath-taking enough for a hunchbacked SUV.
