Alfa Romeo unveiled a special edition of the 4C created in collaboration with Garage Italia Customs at the 2015 Dubai International Auto Show.
Lapo Elkann’s latest customization project added a matte pearl gradient effect paint, with ‘Accursio’ red in the lower part and a black carbon fiber roof. The company applied the same shading on the engine cover too. The clear rear window reveals the mechanics the “phone dial” wheels now sport a gold finish.
In the cabin, there is black and red Alcantara upholstery on the dashboard, seats, door panels and roof. No performance modifications were announced, which probably means the baby supercar still uses the 240 PS (237 HP) 1.75-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine in stock form.
Alfa Romeo also displayed the new Giulia Quadrifoglio Verde in Dubai, marking its debut in the region. The BMW M3 rival was first seen earlier this summer and it’s powered by a a 2.9-liter V6 turbocharged petrol engine, producing 510 PS (503 HP) and 600 Nm (443 lb-ft) of torque. Naturally, performance is more than a match to its rivals, with the 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) sprint in just 3.9s and atop speed of 307 km/h (190 mph).
