This SEMA Show Mopar concept is Chrysler’s answer to the question how to make a 200 S sedan look the part without really playing the part.
The Detroit maker’s tuning arm says it gave the mid-size model an “an “attitude adjustment” through a mix of production and concept Mopar parts and accessories.
To make it look the part, the Ceramic Grey Metallic body of the 200 S received a Mopar production body kit consisting of a front chin splitter, side sills and rear valance, plus 19-inch Satin Black wheels, while conceptual fittings include a dual-vented hood, exhaust tips and ‘Mopar Design’ badges.
In the cabin, there are prototype Katzkin leather seats with perforated inserts outlined in Mopar Blue piping, blue coloring of the instrument panel and portions of the door panels, together with carpet mats and a pedal kit.
Performance bits on the SEMA Show car are limited to a cat-back exhaust and cold-air intake for the otherwise, stock V6 Pentastar mill, and a lowered suspension.
