Rapper & actor Ludacris took to Instagram in order to show off his white Alpina B7 and say that out of all the cars in his personal fleet, this one is his second-favorite.
We don’t need to look to far in order to find out which is his all-time favorite, since it’s already been well-documented. Ludacris confessed that his restored 1993 Acura Legend is actually the car he cares about most, considering that it was one of his first rides.
Since you can’t put a price on love, this meant that Ludacris had to make a really hard decision regarding what came next after the Acura in terms of personal preference. What stands out is the fact that he really likes his 4-door saloons, which means that he might favor comfort and luxury over performance.
Luckily for him, you don’t need to compromise in any of those departments when you own an Alpina B7. It comes with 540 HP and a very impressive 730 Nm (538 lb-ft) of torque, helping it reach 100 km/h (62 mph) in 4.6 seconds – or 4.5 if you’ve got xDrive. As for the top speed, it’s right around 312 km/h (193 mph), not that you’ve got roads in the US where you can go that fast legally.
Of course, he had to get it on white in order to match other cars from his fleet such as his white Range Rover and his white custom Sprinter Van, just like the one Tyrese Gibson gave to Vin Diesel.
Considering the fact that he can own and drive just about any car in the world, favoring a luxury saloon like the Alpina B7 sounds a little bit unusual. But it’s the right kind of “unusual”.
