Could the Cayman GT4 Clubsport be one of the meanest-looking machines made by Porsche recently? Probably, and the German brand knows it is on to something here.

The Porsche Cayman GT4 Clubsport’s debut video came out last week, and now, the track-focused sports car returns to our attention again, as the automaker released new footage with it, on a banked curve, driven at high speed to inform viewers that it is ready for a number of motorsport competitions.

The rear-wheel drive vehicle is based on the street-legal Cayman GT4 and it brings an updated chassis, better brakes, a mechanical rear-axle locking differential and reprogrammed ESP and ABS, which can be adjusted in 12 stages.

The 1,300 kg (2,866 lbs) racer uses the 3.8-liter flat-six engine from the Cayman GT4, rated at 385 PS (380 HP), sent to the rear wheels through a double-clutch transmission.

In North America, the car is available from Porsche Motorsport for $165,000, while in Europe, it starts from €110,000 ($117,000).
