We all know just how special the re-imagined 911s by Singer really are but that doesn’t mean we had enough of them.
Evo had the opportunity to drive one right-hand example in the UK, giving us the chance to admire this stunning creation and fill our keyboards with overflowing saliva.
This is after all considered to be the king of 911s, the holy grail for every serious -and very wealthy- Porsche collector, the car which combines absolutely the best ingredients of what makes the 911 a 911.
Almost 4000 hours of labour go into every car, in a meticulous procedure to transform a modest 964 into this jewel of a car. Every body panel -bar the doors- is made out of carbon fiber dropping the weight by around 250kg, the engine is a hand-built 360hp 3.8-litre naturally aspirated flat six made by Cosworth, the suspension uses adjustable Ohlins dampers, everything is bespoke and tailored in order to create the most special Porsche of them all.
All of this comes at a very steep price, with the UK car we see in the video costing his owner an eye-watering amount of money, close to £450,000. Is it worth the money? If you are like us, then yes, it deserves every penny.
