Another prototype of the upcoming 2017 Mercedes-Benz CLA Shooting Brake has been captured on camera while testing on public roads.

The Merc is barely camouflaged, apart from the taillights, which suggests some new graphics, and a hidden rear logo.

There’s nothing else new compared to the previous versions captured by our spies, which also showed a covered front fascia, expected to feature redesigned headlights, with LEDs as an option on base models and standard on the range-topping AMG, a new front bumper and a slightly tweaked grille.

The cabin will reportedly be revamped and include new front seats, an upgraded infotainment system with a larger screen, a new steering wheel and a redesigned instrument binnacle.

The engine lineup should be updated too, in order to provide more power, improve the CO2 emissions and lower fuel consumption. The top-of-the-line CLA 45 AMG variant will maintain its 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that was recently upgraded to 381 PS (376hp) and 475Nm (350lb-ft) of torque.
