If the GLE’s large brother has convinced you to place a deposit, then you should know that it starts from £69,100 ($103,157) in the United Kingdom, where the automaker has announced its price list. For the money, customers will get the GLS 350d AMG Line, with a 3.0-liter V6 diesel rated at 258PS (254hp) and 620Nm (457lb-ft) of torque, connected to a 9-speed gearbox.
Pay £102,330 ($152,765) and you can have the range-topping version GLS 63 AMG, powered by an updated 5.5-liter V8 bi-turbo with 585PS (577hp) and 760Nm (561lb-ft) of torque, mated to a revised 7-speed transmission. North America will also get the GLS 450, with a 3.0-liter V6 turbo too, producing 367PS (362hp) and 500Nm (369lb-ft), along with the 449hp GLS550 4MATIC
