The long-awaited Chiron makes an appearance that, well, strains credulity – to say the least.
We’ve seen some crazy things on supercars before, but a Bugatti with a roof box? Fat chance…
As you’ve probably figured out, this is not real; it was conjured on a computer by Rain Prisk Designs.
Never mind the roof box – what really matters in this case is that is shows the possible look of the Veyron’s successor, with influences from the Vision Gran Turismo Concept and lines inspired by the scooped prototypes.
Apart from its design, what will define the Chiron is its performance. Recently, it was reported that it will top out at 467km/h (290mph) thanks to the 8.0-liter W16 quad-turbo engine producing approximately 1,500hp.
Bugatti will pull the wraps off the Chiron in March at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show.
