When AMS Performance lost the title of the world’s fastest GT-R to EKanno Racing, it initiated a new project to reclaim the throne.
Commissioned by a local drag racing enthusiast named Gidi and dubbed “Alpha G”, this one goes one step beyond AMS’ own Alpha Omega, previously the world’s quickest GT-R.
The tuning company will outfit the Japanese sports car with its bespoke Alpha VR38 billet engine block joined with two massive forward-facing Garrett GTX turbochargers.
Combined with a number of other radical modifications, AMS hopes the car will deliver an insane 2500 hp at the wheels. There’s still work to be done, but when it is completed, it has the potential to be a record breaker.
