BMW may have had its fair share of impressive videos with the new M2 Coupe, but this one might just be one of the very best.
The footage was released one week before Christmas. It’s not signed by the brand itself, but BMW Magazine, as the Germans had the chance to take it for a quick spin, even if most customers haven’t see it live just yet.
Before checking out the video, we’d like to remind you that the range-topping 2-Series Coupe uses a 3.0 lt twin-scroll turbo straight-six rated at 370PS (365hp) and 500Nm (369lb-ft) of torque with either a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed DCT. The 0-100 km/h (62 mph) sprint takes 4.5 sec and 4.3 seconds respectively, respectively, while top speed is electronically limited to 250km/h (155mph).
The next chance to see the new M2 Coupe “in the flesh” is the 2016 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS). The smallest M-car will arrive in US dealerships in spring, and perhaps its pricing will be announced at the upcoming show.
