This isn’t about the Abarth Assetto Corse from 2008, but the popular driving simulator called the Assetto Corsa, which has a new addition to its vehicle lineup.
The Lamborghini Huracan GT3 racer, introduced a year ago for the Blancpain Endurance Series, which was designed and built in association with Dallara Engineering, is now available in the video game.
The racer had rear-wheel drive long before the raging bull pulled the wraps off the Huracan LP 580-2 and it adopts the same 5.2-liter V10 direct injected engine, with the Bosch Motorsport control unit that manages the traction control, six-speed sequential gearbox and TFT display.
No less than 585hp are sent from the mid-mounted V10 to the rear wheels and if you don’t want to pay €369,000 ($400,000) for the real deal, that is before taxes in Europe, you can take one for a spin in the virtual world, thanks to the Assetto Corsa driving simulator.
In order to mark the Huracan GT3’s availability in the video game, Lamborghini has released a short promo with the exotic racer in action on the track. The Lamborghini Huracan GT3 comes with the Dream Pack 2 DLC, on Steam.
