We haven’t had time to digest the recently launched SLC’s revised looks, yet the roadster model already has an AMG visual package available.
Mercedes-Benz Passion reports that the visual enhancements come as an optional equipment, for the SLC 180, 200, 250d and 300, composed of multitude high-gloss black elements, such as the front logo (complemented by the “diamond effect” of the grille), front splitter and exterior mirror housings, decorative strip of the diffuser and the air louvers embedded in the front bumper.
The 18-inch, light alloy, multi-spoke, high-gloss lacquered black rims are part of the package as well, sporting 225/40 RZ18 tires on the front and 245/35 ZR 18 on the back.
Mind you, some of these details were already presented on the SLC 43 AMG model at launch, but apparently, the flagship can still be commissioned with the same pack as well, offering minute changes and sporting basically similar visual improvements as its more mundane counterparts and some on the side.
Granted, the AMG black chrome-plated exhausts, for example, aren’t game changers, but the German car manufacturer’s attention to details is commendable.
