Sometimes, we stumble upon some videos on the internet that don’t need any explanation, but apparently this isn’t one of them.
Refueling your car has become a straightforward process – over the years – that doesn’t require any overthinking. You just pop up the gas cap cover (considering you know on which side of the car is located) and then place the fuel nozzle into the hole and begin pumping the engine-powering nectar into the tank. Pretty simple, right?
Well, not really, as it seems that some still struggle with it. Take for instance this Russian woman who thought it was a good idea to use a lighter in the vicinity of a fuel pump. Or, better yet, in the vicinity of the gas pumping nozzle. You can very much imagine what happened next, but for argument’s sake, we’re going to give her the benefit of the doubt.
You see, it appears that the woman actually tried to heat up a key, using the lighter, to probably open the frozen gas cap of the Focus. Unfortunately, things went south really fast, but that’s prone to happen if someone taunts the flammable liquid with a fire-producing tool. Oh, and as a side note, it appears that trying to put a gas-fueled fire out by blowing or waving at it, doesn’t work..
