These are the first spy shots of Bentley’s Continental GT successor with a production body, caught out testing on public roads.
Although the photos, nabbed from a reader over at Autogespot, are not that clear, they still allow us to have a good look at the upcoming Bentley coupe.
The all-new Conti GT will feature a sharper exterior design that draws inspiration from the gorgeous EXP10 Speed Six concept, but at the same time, retains that unmistakable Bentley vibe.
Bentley’s upcoming two-door coupe will be built upon a new platform codenamed MSB that will be shared with cars like the next Porsche Panamera. This will allow the British company to access the latest-generation plug-in hybrid powertrains.
The rest of the range is expected to continue using the twin-turbo 4.0-litre V8 in the ‘entry-level’ models, while the range-topper is still going to be propelled by the W12 engine with around 600hp.
The debut of the all-new Bentley Continental GT is expected near the end of 2017.
