MTM is known for their habit to turn Audi RS3s into missiles, but this RS3 R version has reached a whole new level.
The five-cylinder 2.5-litre TFSI engine now makes 502hp at 6600rpm and 650Nm (479lb ft) of torque between 2250rpm and 5750rpm thanks to a new turbocharger and a bigger intercooler, making this hatchback a proper monster.
Paired with a seven-speed S-Tronic transmission, the MTM RS3 R catapults itself from zero to 62mph (100km/h) in 3.6 seconds and onto to 124mph (0-200km/h) in 13.6 seconds. The top speed depends on the tires’ homologation but MTM says it will hit 186mph (300km/h) easily.
The German tuner also made the cabin a bit more special with leather and red honeycomb stitching on the door cards, seats, armrest and on the center console.
A set of 380mm brake discs are nesting behind the 19in Nardo Edition alloy wheels which are shod in Michelin Pilot Super Sports. Other features on the exterior include a front spoiler and a rear diffuser made out of carbon fiber. MTM claims that both elements are designed to work together, improving downforce.
The MTM RS3 R will make its debut at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show next week, with a price tag of 94,396 euros (around $103k in current exchange rates).
