The internet loves cat videos. For some reason, people just love watching our little feline companions doing cute or crazy things. To play into the popularity, Nissan has launched a special campaign in Japan with a company called #KnockKnockCats.
The commercial stresses the importance of knocking on a car’s hood and listening for a ‘meow’ before a car is driven, particularly in the winter.
To keep warm, cats often maneuver themselves into engine bays at night completely unaware that they’re not sleeping within a mysterious cave and could instead be sandwiched between an engine and a transmission.
Since the commercial was released a week ago, it has already been viewed almost 700,000 times proven once again that cat videos rule the internet.
