While the official run of the 675LT is just 500 units, an additional five prototypes were sold privately.
One of them is currently up for sale in Bremen, Germany. It is the VP433 prototype and, as with the other four, it was most likely used to develop the high-performance variant of the 650S.
After its job was finished, Woking peeled off the camo, removed the testing equipment, built it up to road-spec and gave it a fresh lick of McLaren Orange paint.
Additionally, it has received a plethora of optional extras, including the carbon fiber exterior upgrade pack, the Track Telemetry system, parking sensors and rear parking camera as well as a black alcantara headliner.
The only indication of its previous life as a test mule is the VP433 sticker on the side skirts. Other than that, it’s a perfectly fine, if actually used, example of the sold out extreme Macca, priced at €372,000 ($419,000).
