Even if you tried to, you can’t miss Bentley’s facelifted version of the Mulsanne Speed in that yellow shade with a greenish tint at their Geneva Motor Show stand.

The facelift for the sportiest version of what is otherwise, a fully-fledged luxury automobile, comes less than two years since Bentley first introduced the Speed variant into the Mulsanne range at the 2014 Paris Motor Show.

Bentley saw no need to interfere with the Mulsanne Speed’s mighty 6.75 liter twin-turbo V8 engine that continues to produce 537PS (530hp) and a monstrous 1,100Nm (811 lb.ft) of torque paired to a model-specific tuned version of ZF 8-speed automatic.

The Speed flies to 60mph in 4.8 seconds (0‑100 km/h in 4.9 sec) and has a top speed of 190 mph (305 km/h), which are pretty impressive figures for a car that weighs 2,685 kg (5,919 lbs).

So, what’s new for the 2017 Speed model? Well, pretty much the same as the rest of the Mulsanne lineup, meaning a revised front end with new bumper, bonnet, grilles and lights, a reprofiled bumper and new lights on the tail, and a refreshed interior with a new 8-inch touchscreen for the infotainment system, added tech features, and revisions to the seats, some switchgear and door panels.

The Mulsanne Speed was accompanied at the Swiss show by the rest of the updated Mulsanne range, including the new extra-long Grand Limousine version by Mulliner.
