Dodge is clearly digging up the memory drawer, bringing back another nostalgic paint option for the 2016 Challenger and Charger models.

The ‘Go Mango’ paintjob was initially offered on the 1970 Dodge Challenger and after a limited production run on the 2006 Charger R/T Daytona and 2016 Dart models, the company is adding it to the list again, next to the “Plum Crazy” purple, “B5 Blue” and “Sublime” green.

“Powerful performance cars like our Dodge Charger and Challenger demand high-impact colors,” said Tim Kuniskis, Head of Dodge, SRT, Chrysler and FIAT, FCA North America. “Dodge muscle cars have a long history of unique paint colors with iconic names, and we’ll continue to reach back into our paint code archive to give our enthusiast customers what they want.”

The new Go Mango paint option is now available on the SRT 392 and Hellcat versions of the 2016 Challenger and Charger models.
