When animals are allowed on public roads, the fact that they can sometimes be unpredictable can make them extremely dangerous.
Having said that, by no means are we trying to blame the horse for what happened here. It probably just got startled by the car that went by at what looked like an unreasonably high speed.
Speaking of which, was that an old Chevy Aveo Sedan with a ridiculously large rear wing? That sort of explains everything.
Anyway, the guy driving the dashcam car had a front seat view (literally) to what looked like a PETA-alarming incident waiting to unfold, except that the horse managed to avoid the car at the last second.
The so-called carriage wasn’t that lucky and the people on board went flying – hopefully they’re OK too, since it seemed like they were propelled upwards only by a meter or so.
