Jaguar will be attending this year’s automotive event in the Big Apple with an assortment of vehicles that will arrive in dealerships across the States from May.
Starting from an MSRP of $125,950 for the coupe and $128,800 for the convertible, the F-Type SVR is Jag’s new halo car, sprinting from 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h) in just 3.5 seconds and up to 200 mph (322 km/h) in coupe trim. The range-topper will be displayed in New York after it made its global debut in Geneva earlier this month.
Joining the F-Type SVR at the event will be the F-Pace, the firm’s first ever SUV. When it arrives in showrooms in a couple of months, it will be offered with a choice of 340 HP and 380 HP supercharged petrol V6s mated to an 8-speed automatic, while a 180 HP four-pot Ingenium diesel will join the lineup later this year. Prices will start from $40,990 for the 2.0L diesel and $42,390 for the 340 HP V6.
Jaguar will take on rivals like the BMW 3-Series, Mercedes C-Class and Cadillac ATS with the 2017 XE that will become available in the same month as the 2017 F-Type SVR and 2017 F-Pace. The compact sedan will get a 2.0-liter turbodiesel, rated at 180 HP, a four-pot petrol unit with 240 HP and a range-topping supercharged V6 producing 340 HP. Prices for the XE start from $34,900.
