This Koenigsegg One:1 is more special than any of the six examples put together by the Swedish brand.
The reason is that it’s actually the seventh model; or, should we say, the first ever as it served as a basis for the development of the machine billed as “the world’s first megacar“.
Chassis number 7106, better known as development car #00, was the one on display at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show, but by the time Koenigsegg brought it to the Swiss event, all of its siblings were already sold.
Despite being used as a test car for the One:1, it was driven for just 7,000 km (4,350 miles), according to the vendor who listed it on mobile. The asking price is €6,420,000 ($7,145,270) and the hypermegacar is ready for delivery and will be handed over with an “extensive factory refresh“. “
“We understand that it will be possible to have this incredibly rare and historic vehicle registered under the show and display regulation in the U.S.“, added the seller, adding that the Koenigsegg One:1 is the fastest accelerating car from naught to 300 km/h (186 mph) and holds the lap record at Spa Francorchamps and Suzuka. The car comes with full service history and warranty.
