One of the most iconic supercars of the 1990s, the Diablo, has become a perfect collectible for those with deep pockets.
Since the Raging Bull rolled out almost 2,900 units of the Diablo, it’s not that hard to find one if you look hard enough.
However, unlike most examples that are listed for sale, this particular one has only 1.1 miles (1.8 km) on its odometer, making it brand new, despite rolling off the assembly line in 1999. The vendor asks $499,900 and states that the Diablo is on sale at Lamborghini Montreal, without mentioning anything on possible service inspections made to the 17-year old supercar.
The images show that its exterior is in pristine condition, and inside the black leather upholstery looks factory fresh. The Diablo SV is equipped with a 5.7-liter V12 rated at 536 PS (529 HP) and 605 Nm (446 pound-feet) of torque, since it’s part of the facelifted “batch” that came out in 1999, after the brand was acquired by Audi. Besides the extra punch, the Diablo dropped the pop-up headlights and sported a redesigned dashboard.
