Bugatti has been scooped testing a slightly modified version of its latest hypercar on the roads of France.
This particular Chiron sports some reflective elements on the side of the rear bumper and has its license plate holder modified for US-spec, which makes MagazinProDriverCZ suggestion that it is the one that will make it Stateside credible enough.
This is reinforced by the fact that these elements were missing from both the Chiron delivered to Monaco last week and the example examined closely in Munich.
The federalized Chiron will, in every other respect, be identical to the Euro model. So, US customers will get the jaw-dropping and neck-snapping 1,500 hypercar that will accelerate from naught to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 2.5 seconds and up to 420 km/h (260 mph).
