Last weekend’s Russian Grand Prix delivered quite a bit of drama early on, as Sebastian Vettel’s Ferrari got hit by Daniil Kvyat twice before spinning out on the first lap.

As opposed to 2015, when it seemed that Vettel was having a great first year with the Ferrari, being the only one who could challenge the dominant Mercedes, 2016 seems to have brought a lot of bad luck to both the four-time F1 champ as well as the Scuderia.

After four races, Vettel sits 5th in the Drivers’ Standings, having amassed a total of 33 points, three less than Red Bull’s Daniel Ricciardo and just one ahead of Williams’ Felipe Massa.

Now, in order to watch the action and see exactly what happened on the opening lap of the race, you need to click this link and grab hold of your ears because the German driver holds nothing back verbally once he realizes he’s out of the race.

His frustration is understandable, and we can only imagine what his reaction might have been had he known at the time that it was Kvyat that hit him both times.

After making his way back to the pits, Vettel went straight for the Red Bull garage to seek out team principal Christian Horner, who apologized to Vettel for Kvyat’s recklessness, as did the young Russian after the race.
