It’s DC Comics versus Marvel, old versus new and Superman versus The Hulk in this 1/4 mile drag race where on the right lane we have a McLaren MP4-12C with a Superman livery and to its left a Hulked-out 650S.
To set things up, we will point out that this is a timed run and so it doesn’t matter who gets the jump at the start. What does matter is not losing traction when launching and of course, being fast, which these two cars most certainly are.
Judging by the times they got, we’d wager they’re both stock (except for a fixed wing on the 12C) and possibly running on street tires because neither model sets any sort of record here and there have been instances when the two ran a 1/4 mile a little faster than they did here without any modifications.
We won’t spoil it by saying who covered the distance the quickest, nor will we say who was going faster at the time, but the “more agile superhero” of the two was the one that quickly grabbed the lead, though irrelevant as it may have been.
