Once you decide to tackle the Green Hell, you’d better be awake and on top of your A-Game, because the circuit doesn’t forgive tiny errors and distractions, as this motorcyclist demonstrates.

The bloke fortunately escaped unharmed after misjudging a corner and slamming into the guardrail. By the looks of it, he went a little too wide, understeering straight on to the grass – where the occurrence quickly transformed in a case of hang tight and start praying.

But the ordeal lasted only a few seconds, as the rider managed to stay on his bike right after the impact. Due to the circuit’s busy and congested tourist days, he didn’t carry too much speed into the corner neither – a fact that might have prevented a much more serious, if not tragic outcome.

Nevertheless, it doesn’t need a near miss to demonstrate that this track is better suited for automobiles, especially as the road surface is filled with bumps, humps, and elevations that can quickly upset the balance of a bike and send it on the wrong trajectory.
