Despite the heavy layers of vinyl, the Kodiaq has stopped wearing anything that would make prying eyes misjudge its dimensions or overall styling.
It clearly has a close connection to the VisionS concept from this year’s Geneva Motor Show and, if the Superb is any indication, the production-ready Kodiaq will pretty much feature the same design language as the study.
The reason why the Superb comes into play here is because Skoda used the older VisionC concept to lay down the groundwork for their current flagship model.
Also, from a visual perspective, the Kodiaq should lead the way for other, future Skoda-badged SUV models, including a five-door coupe-like SUV which could even carry the vRS badge, according to Autocar.
Skoda is clearly planning on covering as much ground as possible with the Kodiaq as it will offer seating for seven, a high driving position, good visibility, plenty of storage spaces and score major points in practicality.
