Bentley is returning to the 2016 Goodwood Festival of Speed with a trio of powerful machines, including the Bentayga, Flying Spur V8 S and Continental GT Speed.

Racing driver Derek Bell will unleash the Bentayga’s 608 PS (600 HP) and 900 Nm (663 lb-ft) of torque on the hill climb, proving its ability to go from rest to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just a little over 4 seconds and up to 301 km/h (187 mph).

Joining it on the 1.16-mile (1.87 km) long course will be the new Flying Spur V8 S, with its 528 PS ( 521 HP) and 680 Nm ( 502 lb-ft) of torque, coming from a tuned 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, which allows for a 0-100 km/h (62 mph) sprint in 4.9 seconds and a top speed of 306 km/h (190 mph). A 1929 Blower Bentley and a modern GT3 race car will also tackle the hill climb.

Billed as “the fastest production Bentley ever”, the Continental GT Speed will celebrate its first UK public appearance, raising the bar with increased power and torque and the ability to sprint from naught to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 4 seconds. The GT Speed won’t be put through its paces on the hill climb, but it will be on display on the lawns of Lord March’s Estate, along with a selection of new and pre-owned Bentley models.

Further away from the brand’s stand, a Continental GT V8 S Convertible, designed by Sir Peter Blake, “the father of British pop-art”, as the automaker explains, will go under the hammer at Bonhams’ auction, on June 24, with proceeds to benefit the Care2Save Charitable Trust.
