Renntech’s upgrades for the latest Mercedes-Benz S-Class sedan will bump the price of your S550 by more than $15,000.
The most expensive addition to the full-sized German sedan is a fresh set Deep Monolite 10 Series alloy wheels, priced at $10,880, with a 10-spoke design, size 21-inches up front and 22-inches at the rear, wrapped in 245/35/21 and 295/25/22 tires, respectively. The rims are limited to just 25 sets and can equip the S-Class and CL-Class, as the company explains, featuring the tuner’s logo, OEM lug bolts and optional titanium-made lug bolts.
Giving the Mercedes-Benz S-Class a new flare is a carbon fiber-made rear decklid spoiler, which will fit any model from 2014 and up. It can be installed with 3M double-sided automotive tape and no drilling or modifications to the trunk are necessary. Prices for this upgrade are at $1,680.
Last but not least, Renntech has the S550‘s bi-turbo engine in sight, with an ECU upgrade that will bring the total output up from 449 HP and 516 lb-ft (700 Nm) of torque to 530 HP and 606 lb-ft (822 Nm) respectively. Buying this aftermarket feature will set you back for at least $2,740. Prices don’t include tax, shipping and installation.
