As if the SLS AMG Final Edition wasn’t rare enough, with just 350 units built, Renntech now offers a series of aftermarket upgrades for those looking to make it even more unique.
Available for Roadster version of Merc’s supercar, the package adds a set of carbon fiber side skirts, including two rocker panel extensions and two rear fascia trim pieces aerodynamically-tweaked, which will set you back $4,650.
A carbon fiber diffuser, priced at $4,495, is supposed to decrease drag and increase downforce by improving underbody airflow. Renntech states that the new part is easy to install, but advises owners that, once in place, it will partially obscure the standard reverse camera and offers an optional camera housing extension.
Contributing to an additional 10 HP and 16 lb-ft (22 Nm) of torque over the stock output is an ECU upgrade, priced at $2,945, and stainless steel long tube headers that cost a rather pricey $8,200. The latter can also be installed on the SLS AMG, SLS AMG GT and SLS AMG Black Series too.
Owners of the SLS AMG Final Edition Roadster can choose between eight different wheel patterns, 20-inch in size at the front and 21-inch at the rear, with pricing ranging between $9,460 and $11,480.
