The keys to a bespoke i8 have just been handed over to Princess Al Hawi of Abu Dhabi, in a special ceremony at the city’s leading BMW dealership.

The most noteworthy element of this i8 is the paint scheme. Dubbed Lava Red, it was developed exclusively by the dealer and the automaker. The paint is far from the only special element however.

Immediately identifiable are the plethora of aftermarket parts from AC Schnitzer that include a new front splitter, side skirt fins, custom twin five-spoke silver wheels and a prominent fixed rear spoiler.

While the outside is truly bespoke, the cabin is practically standard-issue i8. In this particular example, it features white and black leather across the transmission tunnel, door panels, dashboard and steering wheel, while Lava Red accents have been added on the dash and doors.
