It turns out that, some people can remain very calm and collected, even right after they’ve just flipped their car over because of another motorist.
This is the story of Christopher Telford, who was driving into Lancaster last month when he suddenly saw a blue BMW taking its time while overtake another car, and therefore coming straight at him at an alarming speed.
According to Telford, the reason why he hit the stone wall was because his front wheels locked up, causing him to skid uncontrollably towards the left side of the road.
Not even a second after the car flips over and ends up resting on its side, Telford drops a line that might make you laugh a bit, despite the fact that nobody there was in a laughing mood. He was also extremely calm, wanting to get through all the post-accident phases as quickly and as professionally as possible – without any road rage.
Luckily, he wasn’t badly injured and managed to walk away with “some whiplash, a badly strained left and and a cut elbow.” He goes on to explain everything from his perspective in the description of the video, where we also learn that the man who walked up to him after the crash wasn’t from the blue BMW, but from the car that was being overtaken.
Despite saying that he couldn’t have done much to avoid hitting the wall, do you feel like the whole thing could have been handled differently?
