Tesla chief executive Elon Musk has revealed through Twitter that he will soon publish part two of the so-called ‘Top Secret Tesla Masterplan’.
In typical Musk fashion, no further details about this plan were announced in his brief tweet except for his hope to publish the finished product during the week.
It’s possible that the masterplan will reveal further details about Tesla’s next range of projects, inevitably including more models and increased worldwide reach.
The timing of Musk’s announcement comes just after the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration confirmed it’s investigating a second Tesla crash blamed on the firm’s autopilot system. Even though the firm conducted its own research and deflected blame for the incident, further analysis will be conducted.
Prior to this, the NHTSA launched a probe into May 7’s Tesla Model S crashed which killed a former NAVY seal while the car was driving itself.
