Spotting a crashed supercar will probably ruin the day for most gear heads, but this isn’t your average exotic, as it was produced as a one-off by Pagani Automobili and released under the Huayra Pearl moniker.
Introduced just a couple of months ago and registered under an Arabian license plate, the Pearl’s life was short and even if we can’t tell you the exact details that led to its current condition, the supercar seems to have been rear ended on the streets of Paris, France.
With a repair bill that is bound to hit the roof, pictures posted on social media reveal extensive damage to its rear quarter, where the suspension is missing, the exhaust system has been ripped off, and the engine is probably affected. These add up to the rear bumper with incorporated diffuser, which is nowhere in sight, and neither is the taillight, while the fender and wing have suffered significant damage.
Pagani never really released the specific details on the Huayra Pearl, which makes the whole incident even sadder. However, when it used to be in top-notch condition, the supercar set itself apart from the standard models with a roof scoop, active diffuser and split rear wing.
