Nowadays, drifting is a hugely popular motorsport taking place around the world in various national and international series’. For how much it has changed, its roots still remain in the twisting mountains of Japan and to this day, these roads remain the stomping ground of pros and amateurs alike.

Whether it’s a Nissan Skyline, Mazda RX8, Nissan Silva or Toyota AE86, no cars are as at home going sideways than these specially-tuned monsters, roaring up the roads with their turbochargers whistling and blow-off valves chirping, all while spitting out ridiculous amounts of tire smoke and covering the roads in rubber.
