Nissan has searched the entire North for an actor who would be best suited to promote the Q60, and since the Game of Thrones is currently between seasons, Kit Harington was free to take the job.
Most of you may know him as Jon Snow, the Night’s Watch former Lord Commander who became the King of the North, but the 29-year old actor has played many roles over the recent years. The latest one has required him to recite an old poem called The Tyger, published by William Blake in 1794, while driving the Japanese sports coupe.
Jon Snow may “know nothing“, but that doesn’t mean that he came cheap for Infiniti. While we may never learn the sum involved, he likely took a good chunk of the company’s budget aimed to make the Q60 more popular.
The commercial comes almost a week after the automaker published the official price list of their two-door model, aimed to rival the likes of the BMW 4-Series, Audi A5, Mercedes-Benz C-Class and Cadillac ATS.
The new Infiniti Q60 carries an MSRP of $38,950 in the US for the entry-level 2.0t RWD version, while the top-of-the-line Q60 3.0t Premium AWD will set you back for $46,300.
