Lambos have always been about drama and never had a problem improving even on dazzlers like the Centenario.
Like its closed-top counterpart that debuted at Geneva earlier this year, the Centenario Roadster is based on the Aventador and is powered by a tuned version of the new 6.5-litre V12. Developing 770 PS (759 hp), the Centenario is the most powerful Lamborghini ever made.
It is also one of the rarest, with only 40 examples (20 coupes and 20 roadsters) planned for production.
Described as a “next level” Roadster, the Centenario embodies a new design direction for Lamborghini drop-tops. As a spiritual successor to the Reventon, Veneno, and even the Aventador J, the model employs a stunning-looking, intricate design, with obsessive attention to detail, that channels airflow to the mid-mounted engine.
Every crease and every edge in the design is beautifully highlighted by the exclusive Argento Centenario paint job, though other hues are available if the customer so desires.
Those 20 people who will obtain the most visceral-looking, exclusive Lamborghinis ever made, like the guy in the videos does, will have to spend a tad north of €2 million ($2.2 million).
