As the 2016 Monterey Car Week gets underway, Ferrari has chosen Casa Ferrari Carmel, which is the brand’s “home away from home”, to display the GTC4Lusso.
Succeeding the FF with numerous updates, rear-wheel steering and a massaged V12 powertrain to deliver more oomph to the tweaked all-wheel drive system, it celebrates its North American debut after being seen in Europe and other markets including China, South Korea, Japan, Australia, and South Africa.
“Nestled along Route 1 in the Carmel Highlands, the “Casa” – with its signature red roof and white walls – is returning for its second year to welcome Ferraristi and invited guests to celebrate the best of Maranello’s past and present“, as the Italian brand writes.
Ferrari’s display of horsepower at the event will also include the California T Handling Speciale and other modern supercars such as the 488 GTB, 488 Spider and F12berlinetta, joined by an array of Classiche-certified examples.
Moreover, eighteen classics branded by the Prancing Horse will be on display on the lawns of Pebble Beach Concourse d’Elegance and auctions will include numerous expensive examples, such as 1959 Ferrari 250GT LWB California Spider Competizione, 1960 Ferrari 250GT SWB Berlinetta Competizione, 1950 Ferrari 166MM Berlinetta, and 1956 Ferrari 250GT Berlinetta Competizione Tour de France, that are poised to change hands
