One particularly useful feature of Porsche Connect is that navigation directions can be transferred immediately from a handheld device onto the car’s GPS system.
The feature works in conjunction with Apple CarPlay and therefore makes use of Google Maps, Earth and Street View and is able to receive real-time traffic information. The system also expands Porsche’s infotainment setup allowing for live news updates and even detailed flight information.
