Winter is coming, so why not briefly occupy your free time with a project like taking this Porsche 911 back to its former glory.

We won’t bring any numbers into discussion, except 1976, the year when this sports car came to life, and €13,911 ($15,600), the asking price on the ad posted on mobile, because the sky is very much the limit when it comes to restoring a classic car, never mind one that proudly wears the Porsche crest.

As for its current condition, it’s not pleasant: the white paint is starting to fade out, rust is present on certain body panels and, to make it even worse, the seller says that the vehicle lacks the alternator, oil tank and exhaust system, along with some other nuts and bolts.

Nevertheless, the matching numbers should be enough to attract a serious buyer, one who could turn this pile of metal into a head-turner, and, if he/she pays attention to expenses, then this could hit the streets in pristine condition for a lot less than a brand new Porsche 911, which, by the way, starts from €96,605 in Germany and will set you back for at least $89,400 in the US of A.
