The supercar that set the wheels in motion for Lamborghini and transformed it into a major player, the Countach, has received a more modern interpretation.

Adding the massive carbon fiber-made aero blades, a new front bumper and a large rear wing in tone with one of Sant’Agata Bolognese’s finest, the Aventador SV, this classic machine is bound to spark some controversy from purists who prefer their rides as standard as they come.

The man behind this rendering is YasidDesign, who decided to try his luck on the new project after applying a virtual facelift to the Miura, not that long ago: “Previously, the Lamborghini Miura was quite a fun experiment and someone suggested to give the Countach a shot. Decided to do a quick facelift experiment on this one too, using some Aventador SV elements, with a bit of the Huracan’s side skirt.

As for his next experiment, the artist will inject some more pixels into the Lamborghini Diablo, but before trying to figure it out how the supercar that served as a basis for the Murcielago might look like with modern bits and pieces, it’s time to set your verdict on this Countach, as this is one of those ‘love it or leave it’ scenarios.
