Seat’s collaboration with Cosmopolitan has led to a special edition of the Mii, which has been developed over the last 18 months and unveiled at the FashFest in London.
Available as a 3-door or 5-door and finished in either Violetto or Candy White, the city car has an ‘eyeliner’ shape for the headlights, similar to an eye makeup, and bi-color rim design.
The side mirror casings carry a champagne look, which is reflected in the interior details, on the air vents, infotainment system frames, stitching and floor mats. The violet seats are upholstered in Alcantara and the headliner has a dark tone. Completing the cabin’s design are the aluminum strips in the front footwells, which are lettered with the phrase ‘CosmopolitanLovesMii’.
Standard features include the air conditioning and hill hold assist, joined by a list of optional extras that include a 300-watt sound system with a subwoofer, rear parking sensors, You&Mii ColorConnection+ infotainment system, Seat Mii by Cosmopolitan app, DriveMii for Android and iOS devices and the Cosmopolitan Lifestyle Collection package, with additional equipment such as the wireless charging cell phone battery.
Set to go on sale in early 2017, the Seat Mii by Cosmopolitan can be had with a 1-liter, three-cylinder engine in two outputs – 60 HP and 75 HP, mated to a five-speed manual transmission in the former and a 5-speed manual or an automatic gearbox in the latter. Seat also offers a 1-liter, five-speed manual CNG mill, with 68 HP, which is said to average 4.5 lt/100 km (52.27 mpg US) and emit 83 g/km of CO2.
