Nissan has announced pricing for their 2017 Rogue, now on sale nationwide starting from $23,820 for the Rogue S FWD model.
For 2017, the Rogue has been updated with fresh exterior and interior treatments, more Nissan Safety Shield tech which includes Forward Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection and the first ever Rogue Hybrid version – which will be priced sometime around its late 2016 on-sale date.
Also, Nissan is still on track to produce the limited edition Rogue: Rogue One Star Wars model for both US and Canadian markets, a car that will feature special badging and other unique touches that we’ll get to admire during the 2016 LA Auto Show.
In terms of 2017MY changes, the Rogue now boasts a new front end design, a motion-activated liftgate, Intelligent Cruise Control, Moving Object Detection, Blind Spot Warning, plus the other two previously mentioned active safety features – all part of the updated Safety Shield system.
The SUV also comes with a new steering wheel (heated) and a leather-booted sport-mode shifter, memory for the driver’s seats and mirrors and remote engine start. Connectivity features include NissanConnectSM with Navigation, Mobile Apps, and Services, a 7.0″ color touch-screen display, Nissan Voice Recognition for navigation and audio, SiriusXM Travel Link and SiriusXM Traffic.
Powering the 2017 Rogue is a 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine rated at 170 HP and 175 lb-ft (237 Nm) of torque. The power unit works together with an Xtronic transmission and either front wheel drive or all-wheel drive.
