Based on the Dacia model that went through a facelift three years ago, the Renault Duster has received a more rugged special edition in India.
Named Renault Duster Adventure Edition and mostly identical to the pre-facelifted version, the budget SUV features black plastic cladding all around, along with a front skid plate, a revised front bumper with an extra pair of fog lamps, and gloss-black grille.
Contributing to its updated look are an exclusive exterior color, known as Outback Bronze, the orange look for the skid plate and roof rails, the gun metal alloy wheels and some decals found on the D-pillar. Updates continue in the cabin, where the special edition model carries a denim blue fabric upholstery, and a few orange highlights, found on the air vent surrounds, speedometer and seats.
Priced from INR 9.63 lakhs to INR 13.77 lakhs, which equals to $14,417-$20,594 at today’s exchange rates, the Renault Duster Adventure Edition is only available with the 85 PS (84 HP) and 110 PS (108 HP) diesel engines, mated to a -speed manual and 6-speed manual gearbox, respectively. The more potent variant is coming with an AWD system.
