Engraved WRX STI Is (Probably) The Oddest Subaru You’ll See At SEMA

We’re going to play it safe and say that the engraved Subaru WRX STI posing at ACE Alloy Wheels’ SEMA show stand is probably and not definitely the most outlandish Subaru in Las Vegas, simply because, you never know what lurks around the next corner at the world’s biggest annual tuning fair.

If the Subaru WRX STI’s elaborate body decoration looks familiar, it’s either because it reminds you of your great grandmother’s handcrafted embroidery placed over the living room table or Kuhl Racing’s similarly styled, engraved Nissan GT-R from this year’s Tokyo Auto Salon.

It might not be to everyone’s taste, but it most certainly is a conversation starter. Do you think this fad can catch on with the aftermarket crowd on a wider scale?
