If you’re fed up with the dreariness of Audi’s standard color choices, you can always go for a customized color; this particular Audi RS7 sets up the tone.
German cars have a reputation for being serious, especially the high-powered “autobahn couriers”. which is perhaps why many of those you see on the road are finished in silver, black or white. Audi’s exclusive service wants to change all that by giving their customers the opportunity to completely customize their future products.
For example, there are only two blue hues (Ascari Blue Metallic and Sepang Blue Pearl) available through the standard configurator for the RS7 Performance, but neither of them is on this particular example. That’s because this stunning RS7 comes in a bespoke Voodoo Blue paint job (a Porsche Exclusive color), commissioned through Audi’s own exclusive program.
And then there’s the interior, where the vehicle’s exclusivity is continued throughout the cabin, though it might too much for some. Governed by a blue hue, the seats, the center console, the steering wheel, and the gear knob are all quilted in blue leather, contrasting the dark Alcantara headliner.
Performance wise, the 4.0-litre, twin turbo under the hood develops remains stock delivering 597 hp and 750 Nm (553.2 lb-ft) of torque; enough for making the car sprint from 0 to 100 km/h (62mph) in 3.7 seconds, in its journey to 280 km/h top speed. Meanwhile, even though the car comes with a top sound system, the Akrapovic exhaust system is in charge of the real concert.
