While Ford doesn’t seem interested in expanding its ST portfolio below the Fiesta, artists are free to ponder about the possibility of a performance orientated Ka+.

In the (unlikely) event the Blue Oval ever decided to create such a car, it would take the battle to the Renault Twingo GT. This job would require – besides fitting it with a new body kit, upgrading its chassis, suspension and brakes, and naturally a more powerful engine. This shouldn’t be a problem, however, as Ford has a nice range of small-capacity EcoBoost units to pick from.
In the meantime, one can go ahead and place a deposit for the regular Ford Ka+ in Europe, which is already available for order, powered by a 70 PS (69 HP) and 85 PS (84 HP) 1.2-liter mill. Prices for the five-door model kick off from €9,900 ($10,930) in Germany.
